MyAhmed has founded Khadija Teaches Money, a charity that seeks to champion financial inclusion and literacy through education.

We did so because we recognise that many Muslims around the world are underbanked. And we want to change that.

We hope to improve financial literacy and strive to assist many of those who fall outside of the banking net.

Khadija Teaches Literacy is wholly funded by MyAhmed. The charity is registered with the UK Charity Commission.

It is named after the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) wife Khadija (RA), who in the Muslim tradition was herself an accomplished trader. Her legacy continues to inspire millions of Muslims around the world to this today.

We’ll be building Khadija Teaches Money alongside MyAhmed, and with time, we hope you’ll see more of our work — and a positive impact on our community.
